Non-ticketed Event - no admission -1/2 day	$ 2,000 flat rate - plus applicable mandatory hall costs
Non-ticketed Event - no admission -Full day	$ 4,000 flat rate - plus applicable mandatory hall costs

Non-ticketed Event - no admission -1/2 day	$ 1,500 flat rate - plus applicable mandatory hall costs
Non-ticketed Event - no admission -Full day	$ 2,500 flat rate - plus applicable mandatory hall costs
Other rental charges
Rehearsal and early set up	$ 1,250 per day - subject to availability
Minimum deposit required all events	$ 1,000 - non refundable - applicable to final settlement
Non ticketed event -Advance estimate deposit	Due in full 24 hours prior to event
Lobby - Mezzanine rental rates	$600 Lobby, $400 Mezzanine, $850 both
Mandatory Hall costs
House Ushers	$ 10.00 per hour plus supervisor - based on attendance
Theatre clean up	$ 400 to $ 800 per day
Police security	$ 32 per hour - show only - 4 Hour minimum
Building security	$ 14.25 per hour - (stage door) - 4.5 hour minimum
