Minimum deposit required all events $ 1,000 - non refundable - applicable to final settlement

Lobby - Mezzanine rental rates $600 Lobby, $400 Mezzanine, $850 both
Mandatory Box Office costs (ticketed events)
Box Office Commission 4% of gross ticket receipts
TicketMaster set-up fees $ 125 for initial / $ 25 each additional performance
Box Office ticket printing $ .08 per comp. ticket, $ .10 per paid ticket
Sales Tax 10% of gross receipts - for-profit presenters only
Box office staff - night of show $ 75 flat - for events not during normal operating hours
Theatre Restoration fee $ 2.00 per paid ticket - added to ticket price
Mandatory Hall costs
House Ushers $ 10.00 per hour plus supervisor - based on attendance
Theatre clean up $ 400 to $ 800 per day
Police security $ 32 per hour - show only - 4 Hour minimum
Building security $ 14.25 per hour - (stage door) - 4.5 hour minimum
